2. Our Services

EZ Laundry provides the following services:

• Laundry washing, drying, and folding.
• Dry cleaning services through certified partners.
• Pickup and delivery of garments and household fabrics.
• Express & same-day service options (in select areas).

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate contact and delivery information.
• Ensure items handed over are suitable for washing or dry cleaning.
• Remove valuables from pockets (cash, cards, keys, devices, etc.).
• Be available during the scheduled pickup and delivery times.

4. Pickup & Delivery Terms

• Pickup and delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic or weather.
• If you miss the scheduled pickup, a reattempt fee may apply.
• Remote or inaccessible areas may have limited service availability.

5. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are clearly stated in the app or website.
• Payments must be completed before delivery.
• We accept credit/debit cards, payment wallets, and online transfers.
• Additional charges may apply for heavily soiled items or special treatments.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders can be canceled before pickup without a charge.
• Cancellations after pickup may incur a processing fee.
• Refunds are processed only for service failures attributable to EZ Laundry.

7. Lost or Damaged Items

• We use industry-standard cleaning methods but cannot guarantee stain removal.
• Delicate or damaged fabrics cleaned at customer risk.
• Claims for damaged or missing items must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
• Compensation, if applicable, is limited to a percentage of the item’s current value.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

• Provide garments with hazardous substances (chemicals, oils, bodily fluids).
• Misuse the app or attempt to disrupt system operations.
• Impersonate other users or provide false information.

9. Limitation of Liability

EZ Laundry is not responsible for:

• Shrinkage or wear resulting from standard washing processes.
• Existing damages or weaknesses in fabrics.
• Loss caused by inaccurate delivery information provided by the user.

Our total liability in any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

10. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate user accounts for violation of these Terms or misuse of services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Korea. Disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Seoul courts.
